Dear Hoot Owl:(I) think we are approaching this bifurcation in a sloppy
manner. Those of us who have read and meditated on D and G have a
certain sense of pride, and to reinforce our station we may tend to
attack any newcomers. You, on the other hand seem to resent "northern
knowledge" and pass it off as high bullshit. Thus, we will probably get
nowhere this way. In some messages to follow, (I) will attempt to show
you why (I) think the study of Nomadic Philosophy is worth the time
taken. Intermixed with this will be "southern" talk of my 25 years in
Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. This approach is only natural, as (I)
sired two sons in that territory, worked in a cotton mill, and played
and sang in many southern bars the rest of the time. So please stay
tuned. Ron Hanko
