In addition to the bibliographical sources on Foucault/D/D&G already given,
let's not forget Melissa McMahon's translation entitled "Desire &
Pleasure"--Deleuze's notes on/apparently intended for Foucault. Deleuze's
comments on both "pleasure" and the primacy of lines of flight in assemblages
(cf Mani's citation) are, for me, striking. Reading Guattari, I can't help
and wonder about the collaborative dialogue between Deleuze and Guattari.
