So unkind.

Partly,yes.

That explains everything. I think I'll write a self-help book. It's just a
shame I can't sue the old bitch's arse off cos she carked it. Always one
step ahead of me. If she'd been buried I could dig up her corpse and fuck
it. That'd show her. But she got cremated. Damn. Always one step ahead of me.
>No, this isn't the question. And neither is oedipus.
What is then.
A number of possible responses to this sort of attack present themselves.
1) Ignore it. Sorry, I can't. Big man daddy nose-picker aint nobody's victim.
2) Attempt to return an equally vitriolic outburst. Tempting but pointless.
3) Try to address some of the points in a calm fashion. I don't think it
would be taken seriously or in the spirit of fun and inquiry it was intended.
Whilst I find this sort of malice a bit scary (and a bit titillating), I am
aware that it must be borne out of pain, so whilst I want to strike out I
fear the disapproval of those on the list who may be taking the thread
seriously and I censor myself. Fascism's greatest weapon. Fear of the
disapproval of others.
I believe that questioning is the piety of thought or whatever it was the
old nazi said and I need the cross-pollenation of ideas with people who
share similar tools
to make me keep questioning, to clarify and support and share and guide.
I am heartened by the degree to which my ill-conceived bumblings on this
stuff have been taken seriously by some.
