It was a year ago today that Michael Current, who moderated and shaped
this list, and who was instrumental in founding the spoon collective, died.
As the info sheet for the list puts it:
"His wisdom, intelligence, knowledge, humor, passion and beauty are in the
hearts and minds of all those he has touched with his presence. This list
is his work, and is dedicated to his memory."
He would be glad that we're still going strong a year later.
