Deconstructing the Seaside Master Plan?

"The Seaside Master Plan is continually being refined. The Master Plan will
be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of the developer. No
purchaser shall have any vested rights in any aspect of the Master Plan
unless specifically set forth in the purchase agreement between the
developer and the purchaser."

Master: It aint called a "Master" Plan for nuthin'!
"revised from time to time": when the developer needs to extract more
profit.
"No purchaser shall have....rights...unless, etc": If you give me some
more money, I'll let you build a parking pad for yer M-B.

I know---it isn't a real deconstruction, but maybe a place to begin one?
