I thought this all looked familiar. On page 203 of Firewalls
and Internet Security (ISBN 0-201-63357-4), the Department of
Justice Advice on Keystroke Logging is reprinted. It suggests
using the text shown above as an appropriate banner to warn
users about monitoring. The text above is verbatim from the
DOJ document. In fact, I used similar language to CMA in the
contract my company uses for providing Internet services.
