Architecture and Film

I am currently working on a term project for a course entitled "Architecture
and Social Change" at the New Jersey Institute of Technology MArch program,
involving architecture and film in Sci-Fi movies.  I already have an extensive
list of films seen/to be seen, but am looking for more obscure movies.  These
are what I have already chosen:

Metropolis
Things to Come-- Alexander and Vincent Korda
Blade Runner
Brazil
Until the End of the World-- Wenders
RoboCop
Star Wars (Tatoonie)
Highlander
Mad Max
THX... -- early Lucas sci-fi
Fortress (bad futuristic prison)
Star Trek
Soylent Green
StarGate

I have also come across a new AD book: "Architecture and Film"
Any other movies/books you can reccommend
(recommend) would be very helpful.  Thanks in advance (topic is still being
