We are a major provider of turnkey (design & build) construction, management

contracting and property management services.  We are looking for experienced

persons to fill the following positions both in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific

region.


ARCHITECT
To be based at site, leading a team of architectural coordinators in the

supervision of architectural works for a multi-million dollar project.  He/She

is is also expected to coordinate the submission of shop drawings and

architectural details to the consultants.

Requirements :
* Degree in Architecture
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate working experience


CAD DEVELOPMENT ARCHITECTS
We are looking for creative and experienced architects who have programming

expertise to form a team to build up a library of 3D architectural parametric

elements, using APIs in a new object-oriented modelling system called Reflex

(from UK).  The team will be responsible for the systems analysis, design

specifications and development work.

Requirements :
* Degree in Architecture
* At least 2 years working experience in an architectural or related practice,

with hands-on CAD expertise
* At least 2 years of programming experience, preferably with C or C++
* Must have initiative, strong thinking skills and a proven record of quality

work


SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEERS & CIVIL ENGINEERS
To take charge of design & construction of civil works and building structures

and to manage the projects.

Requirements :
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 3 to 8 years relevant experience


SENIOR MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS & MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
To take charge of design and installation of mechanical/electrical services and

ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Requirements :
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 3 to 8 years experience in M&E installation in the construction

industry
* Strong leadership qualities and drive are essential


SENIOR CONTRACTS ENGINEERS & CONTRACTS ENGINEERS
To handle pre- and post-contract administration of projects, tenders and other

general quantity surveying duties.

Requirements :
* Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying
* Minimum 3 to 6 years relevant experience
