Hi, I'm a lurking newbie and thought I'd finally jump in...

I visited several of Corbu's apartment buildings on my obligitory tour of
Europe as a recent architectural grad. While I was not able to visit
individual apartments, I did walk through the buildings. (I'd have to go
back to my books and notes to tell you which ones). What I felt at the
time was that European culture was different enough that I could not
evaluate the "comfortableness" of Corbu's multi-family housing solutions.
I would have to overcome my own enculturation in American, own your own
home, suburbia. Thinking back to those visits, I 'd have to say that they
were full of people living in them (better than Pruit Igo, sp?) and must
have fit the needs of some people.
