It sounds a great idea. I=B4d love to know more about it.
How can fees be determinated?
Based on the work of the architect or on what the client can afford?
Can it be two tables? Lower fees to who cant pay much and other to =
who can afford a lot?
Or just one simple table based on the costs of a project?
What about if an architect has less expenses than other architect? I =
mean for example if an architect works with computers and other have =
humans working with him that is more expensive?
How can we fix prices? based on what?
on square meters?
on time?
on number of people?
on number of computers?
on costs of a project?
on the whether?
