The seminar will start on Thursday  October 31 and finish on Saturday Novem=
ber
 2, 1996, at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Design, in S=E3o Paulo,=

Brazil. The NUTAU'96 is dedicated to the discussion of innovations and=20
findings in the fields of architecture and urban design technology.

Please note that the deadline for the submission of abstracts is May 31, 19=

The abstract submitted must be typed in Word or Wordperfect, single-spaced=
=20
and not more than half an A4 page in length. Please observe the following=
=20
instructions carefully.

- paper:=09=09A4
- margins:=09=092,5 cm
- font =09=09=09Times or Times New Roman 10
- lines: =09=09single-spaced
- characters spacing:=09expanded
- text: =09=09fully justified
- title:=09=09centralized capital letters
- authors:=09=09lower case under the title, including address(es)
=09=09=09and affiliation(s); if more than one author,=20
=09=09=09underline the person delivering the paper.
- languages:=09=09English, Spanish or Portuguese
- copies: =09=092

Besides the copies, please send a disk with the text. If your computer is a=
 Mac,
please use as word processor Word for Mac, 1, 3, 4 or 5.=20
Abstracts can also be sent as "attached" files, using an e-mail message,
provided the text fully obeys the instructions.
In this case, the disk will not be needed.=20
Every abstract will be examined by two independent referees and=20
the result will be communicated to the authors before June 26, 1996.=20

Instructions for full papers

Once the abstract has been accepted, full papers are invited.=20
Papers will be circulated to each Panel Group.
The deadline for the submission of papers is July 26, 1996.=20
Full papers should follow the abstract instructions on the text
and should be no more than 15 pages A4,=20
including tables, figures and references. Two copies=20
and a diskette should be sent.=20
They can be sent as an "attached" file in an e-mail message.=20

Publications

A volume of the  "NUTAU'96 - Abstracts", including all abstracts accepted,=
=20
will be received by the participants on their arrival.

A volume of the  "NUTAU'96 - Proceedings", including a summary of the six
discussion panels, the key note addresses and full texts of 30 selected=20
papers, will be sent before March 31, 1997 to all participants.=20
The authors of these selected papers can review their texts until=20
January 31, 1997, otherwise the original paper will be published.=20

Registration and fees
Send a fax with your name and address for a preliminary registration.=20
Final registration will take place after full payment of the fee.=20
If you send the money through a bank, please fax the receipt to us.=20

The fee covers:
=09- attendance for the three days of the seminar program,=20
=09- Book of Abstracts,
=09- one Panel Book with copies of its papers,=20
=09- welcome lunch,=20
=09- farewell cocktail,=20
=09- Book of Proceedings.
