There are lots of software packages for the MAC. If you are looking for
modeling software Strata Studio Pro is a good choice. Other packages include
archicad, form-z, upfront, and there are more that I can't think of. One
problem you will run into is if you are looking for autodesk software to run on
the MAC. Autodesk put out Autocad release 12 for MACs and says that it will not
make any more software packages for the MAC environment because the market is
not there.

I will say this for Journey Ed. if there is a software package with a student
or faculty discount on either PC or MAC environment, they have it.
