link to PAIRC, why?

PAIRC, the Planning and Architecture Internet Resource Center, maintained
at the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, now has
over 4,200 links to Internet sites dealing with all aspects of the built

Yahoo! - Architecture subcategory (includes planning) 705
Plannig and Architecture Internet Resource Center 4,262

The URL of PAIRC is http://www.arch.buffalo.edu/pairc/. PAIRC has no
frames, animated GIFs or <BLINK> tags, and is Lynx friendly for a safer,
cleaner Web environment.
