hotmail design

  today, for the 2nd time in 3 months, my entire
  hotmail account, including some 20 e-mails in my
  inbox unread, and a few dozen (since the last
  erasure) in folders, have been trashed without
  notice. is there anyone else on hotmail on the
  list who has had the same experience?  i would
  not recommend anyone use this service. since it
  was taken over by Microsoft it has fallen apart.
