In the meantime, since its re HUD, it does make me think of other
etherial visions HUD has had; one was the Minimal Property Standards for
apartment housing. This may have been one of HUD's most successful
ventures. As such, it was eventually recalled.

Then there was the competition, Operation Breakthrough. Is that the
correct title? It was extremely forward thinking. But, alas! This is
A-murika, and forward thinking is frowned upon.
