Subject: question for design-l group

a friend of mine has recently bought a house designed by frank lloyd wright
but built by his nephew, bob wright, three years ago for his personal use.
he sold the house to my friends due to personal financial pressures.

they are looking to purchase a copy of the plans from the architect as the
house is incomplete and they want to finish it. according to my friend the
drawings were done by taliesen studio and the construction was
overseen by bob wright. ideally my friends say they would like to finish
the house under bob wrights direction.

they are inquiring about the plans as bob wright is moving away from their
area and might be disinclined to follow through on the project for logisitic
or personal reasons.

questions:

[+] is it possible to assess an appropriate price tag for the plans?

[+] is their a way to calculate the value of the plans?

[+] are there any tips or suggestions out there about this type of
acquistion?

thank you,

[sgp]
