funny you mention a container on your property.
this month's Wired magazine (page 48) has an brief article about Nicholas
Lacey, who apparently turns cargo containers into livable environments "for
cheaper than brick and mortar". they say plumbing is included!

how reasonably priced is the land you are looking to purchase?
