Thanks for those additions. I knew the Sallis collection was from a
centenary conference; it makes sense the Dreyfus one was too. The Sallis
collection contains a fair number of non-US people too of course (Biemel,
Dastur, Derrida, Haar, etc.)

The Cambridge Companion would indeed be useful - i seem to remember more
akin to the Dreyfus reading; _Heidegger Studies_ would seem to be more
Chicago - isn't Parvis Emad the editor?

And thanks for the note that the _American Continental Philosophy_ book has
been out
for several months - my Indiana catalogue says June 2000. I'll try to pick
up a copy when i'm in the US
