As for time, well that doesn't exist either, whether it is =
"geological" or "evolutionary" or "organismic" time - what we indicate =
when we employ the word "time" is the convenient system that we use to =
differentiate the gap between events and enable the trains to run .=20

So time is a 'convinient system' which 'doesn't exist' which =
nevertheless is used 'to differentiate the gap [only] between events...' =

My question relates to those events which are observed, what about using =
this 'convenient system' during events. What you are saying is that =
events are 'timeless' and do not occur within 'time' and thus you are =
stating that time is used to differentiate 'eventlessness' or =
'nothingness'.=20

I don't understand how time can enable a train to run, I thought they =
used coal or diesel? If time does not exist, then how can time enable a =
train to run? Some events are of a duration which might be larger than =
the gaps between them, so what is a gap? Is a gap a constant unit or a =
variable unit?

Heideggers Concept of Time appears to be most definative....
