Robin, or Whoever, in what sense (detail and reasons please) is one
interested in Heidegger's thinking a member of a "cult"? Whoever said,
dictated that it is an "article of faith" to discuss matters philosophical,
"slowly"? Surely, it is just thoughtful, civilised and considerate to do
so...; and who said that discussing philosophical matters slowly, quietly
and profoundly (where possible) is anything "religious"? Once again,
consider what happens when such considerations are ignored:
inconsiderateness, quick fixes, tabloidal headlining passing for thinking,
jumping in without due thought and care for those with whom one discusses
presumably important matters, no sense of the dialectical playfulness of the
aporia, of the gradually unfolding of things otherwise unseen, just the
bad-mannered display of punch-lined swapping of opinion and already held
dogmata; certainly nothing philosophical. By all means, produce damning
critiques (ones based upon a thorough displayable understanding of what is
critiqued), but obnoxious ridiculing piss-takes: go back to kindergarten,
where it belongs and should remain.
Robin, all this (your contribution, that is, that Jud chose to reveal,
rather than speak concerning the challenge I presented to him, i.e., to show
some vestige of thinking, not just blind hatred) is shameful total gobshite!
Go dump some where else, please, if this is *all* you can manage.
