Sorry Alan, I had it out from interlibrary loan myself for a while, and I
have a copy of it somewhere, but now all I can find is this (from an old
bibliography):
Hubert L. Dreyfus, "Mixing Interpretation, Religion and Politics:
Heidegger's High Risk Thinking,"  in The Center for Hermeneutical Studies,
(Colloquy 61, 1992).
I think it is a publication (volume 61) of the Berkeley Theological
Institute--it includes the dialogue after the two papers (with Martin Jay
and others aasking questions to Sluga and Dreyfus).
Good luck--it's worth the search.
