Education: Architecture, Urban Design, Architectural Conservation.
Occupation: Teaching Architecture at Undergraduate and Conservation at
both Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate levels. Selective and limited
small scale architectural practice.
Enaction interests:
Conservation related issues.
Beginning to put together information and specific case-studies related
to the discipline of Conservation Architecture its relationship with
mainstream architectural practice, city management.
I would be interested in reading and presenting and organising specific
'Posts' rekated to the above aspect/s to the enaction page.
Architectural Education related problems.
Here my interest is to discuss teaching architecture as an occupation
in India and its relationship to the profesion.
Here too I hope to make specific posts related to responsibilities of
teaching and a number of dillemas and paradoxes faced by the teacher
particularly in design teaching.
