hi anand,i think revision of ideologies can form one
of dynamic factor for development, as we can see in
kosovo war, where it didnt work with gandhian tactics
under leadership of ibrahim rugova, but same worked in
india. as u said architecture and cities need time for
seasoning, i think same is applicable for ideology.

Architecture acts as a passive energy in social
machine(city).many theorist (foccoult,plato,manuell
castell etc) has worked on in between spaces of
various systems which shapes the city.i think these
spaces should be taken care of.
in iraq peoples r still fighting for id(freuds
psycho-analytical theory). why loots r happening? i
think its just a natural act to neutralise the
potential
difference of economy. education could have created
slight awarness there.
i think some how geography also plays an important
role. just correct me if i am thinking wrong. i have a
strong example for it. if we look back in the history
of greece. there was democracy in athen and monarchy
in sparta.
