I'm happy to announce the first public release of Design Portal for
architects. Design Portal is a family of Open Source content and web
application modules for the Zope web server. With Design Portal, you can
quickly put together a secure, easy to maintain intranet or extranet to
support your architectural projects. Examples of DP modules include
Document Sharing Folder, Project Communications Log, Issue Tracker, AutoDesk
DWF and iDrop objects, and News Folder.

and try any or all of the Design Portal modules. DP is written primarily in
Python, and can be extended and modified quite easily. We invite the
academic and professional communities to join in the project, and help us
continue to develop DP and set the direction for future development.
