Reconstruction of a City is a dual-venue exhibition comprising two key
components.
1) Visions & Illusions @ 21 Tanjong Pagar
- A multi-disciplinary exhibition of site, sound and spectacle
2) Visions & Illusions @ St. James Power Station
- An exhibition of site-specific installation artworks
