I don't know if i can explain step-by-step starting with people in SPA,
etc. The way i see it, their 'relationships' are by way of being part of
same spider-web, the abrogation almost incidental to the spin.
Dr Kak describes it for bureacrat turned NGO. Jamie mentioned yesterday
that institutions here all seem to have a "matriarch" figure. I mentioned
to him Gen-IV explanation, and my experiences with more open academe (not
architecture) elsewhere and the thought that in Delhi the space between
professions and organised Left is the one that has been swollen to point
of wiping out both.
my thoughts at the moment are muddled by the mess we are poised to make of
school-education. anyone catch the ndtv we-the-people on free-seats
yesterday? i missed it and need to know who were the experts on it.
