the institutions are all-there in the credits in the foreword to the
usaid-sponsored legislative amendments, etc, that went up on mcd website
on 1 Aug, supposedly up for public comment for 2 months
http://www.mcdonline.gov.in/ (building bye laws, under Info in left column)
there was also a do at IIC on saturday (in name of master plan 2021 but
rather too obviously to hawk this alternative for practice)
