anyone seen the revised offer?
old consultation doc, source of IIA/CoA ppt etc of 2003:
http://commerce.nic.in/wto_counsel_paper.htm
and usaid-sponsored law amendment up on mcd website, dont gel.
CoA was in both, but does not answer queries (at least not mine).
I have written, cc CoA, to commerce ministry, in cont. of letter after
GATS meeting at ITPI in 2003, to ask details, etc

could you post the URL of this letter? i think we should focus on this archive:

yes, i know of this old consultation, there has been progress, but all institutions are silent on the developments since. gita, i don't mind updating your old site with questions and queries the institutions should have answered. i'll see what i can do after that.

I wonder what practitioners and educators think of both developments and
who amongt them were actually involved. any idea anyone?

let them speak up. if not, i'll name names. there was one guy from the CoA committee on this list, he unsubscribed yesterday (i think to avoid answering my angry e-mails).

did you see this?
http://niasa.architexturez.net - new CoA project, needs lotsa work.
