CHENNAI, SEPT 21: The upcoming sixth ministerial of the WTO in Hong
Kong in December would exert further pressure on governments to
fast-track services negotiations in the Doha Round and seek its
conclusions with legally binding commitments from member-countries.

offer to the WTO’s services council on August 12, 2005. It is yet to be
made public.
