New Delhi, February 1: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) would hold
the first-ever auction of plots for higher education institutes in March
first week...
A total of 12 plots -- of area between half to three acres -- located in
Naraina, Dwarka, Narela and Janakpuri...
The plots will be auctioned for institutes of management, MCA, MBA, town
planning, architecture, engineering, medicine, pharmacy, engineering,
hotel management and catering technology...
We expect the best players from all over the country to bid for these
plots, as it will require large upfront financial commitment from the
institutes... so far there was no inbuilt system to ensure quality
education in professional institutes in Delhi...
