| does ITPI cap institutional consultancy
| practices in a way similar to the CoA (where
| consultancy earnings are secondary to education)?
| we ask because of the scale of the consultancy projects
| undertaken by both the planning colleges in the country,
| which seem enormous for a faculty.

Saturday May 27 2006 12:04 IST

BHUBANESWAR: The State Government has decided to prepare a master plan for Kalinga Nagar, the hub of steel industries, in Jajpur district.

South Africa-based Lea Associates will prepare the master plan in collaboration with School of Planning and (sic!) Architect, New Delhi and the Centre for Environment and Planning.
