Worth watching, the revival of enthusiasm for 1857 -- a spectre we have
been talking about, on-and-off on the various mailing lists on this
server. Mostly as it concerns, and in many ways, laid the template by
which the modern city was to be administered in India. Perhaps, even for
planning in general.
