Architect files judicial protest against colleague

VALLETTA, Malta (di-ve news) -- August 12, 2006 -- 0830CEST--An
architect filed a judicial protest on Friday against a colleague who, he
alleges, stole plans he prepared for a client.
In his writ filed in the First hall of the Civil Court, architect Martin
Debono claimed that architect David Vassallo breached the architects'
code of ethics when he allegedly submitted Mr. Debono's plans to the
Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA).
