Architecture education in India has almost been burned to death in most
of the colleges. Mostly because of the wild ego that has been embedded
into the architects. The ego is so big that it cannot be folded by the
sky; it cannot be warmed or heated by the sun and the earth cannot hold
it. Those who are great architects are mostly humble and logical and
that their ego does not drive them. Students are the future who will
define the new architecture in times to come and there seems no sense
being egoistic with them. Ego has to be tamed, before it is too late.
