New Delhi, Dec 1 (IANS) The annual Hindware ArchiDesign Awards were
presented here Wednesday with Hafeez Contractor being conferred the
'architect of the decade' award for consistently adding new chapters in
India's architectural history.
Shirish R. Beri of Kolhapur bagged the 'Architect of the Year' award,
while Mahesh Tondon won the 'Structural Engineer of the Year' award.
The panel of jury members included fashion photographer Rohit Suri, Ajay
Bhambi and D.R. Dhariwal, president of Grasim Industries.
