Louisiana Ventures LP, a Bossier City-based venture capital firm, put up
$1.5 million of the $3.1 million Cadforce Inc, a Los-Angeles-based
architectural services company, raised in its second round of funding.
Cadforce said the money will be used for its Los Angeles headquarters
and at three facilities in India. Cadforce has 45 employees in the U.S.
and about 150 in India.
Ross Barrett, managing partner of Louisiana Ventures, will join
Cadforce’s board of directors.
