NEW DELHI: Criticising the scheme of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi 
to regularise illegal structures for a fee, Delhi Pradesh BJP president 
Harsh Vardhan on Wednesday said the scheme was not only impractical but 
would also encourage corruption.
