Likely to fail, say experts

`Ground realities not taken into account'
NEW DELHI: Experts on various aspects of town planning warned during a
discussion on Master Plan for Delhi-2021 here over the weekend that with
ground realities not being taken into account the Plan was likely to
fail. They also expressed concern over MPD-2021 catering to the needs of
the rich and ignoring the poor.
