MUMBAI: The consultant for the Dharavi redevelopment project stands to gain a cool Rs 90 crore from the multi-crore venture of the government.

On February 4, 2004, the state housing department issued a government resolution appointing Mukesh Mehta, a US-based architect, as the consultant for the Dharavi redevelopment project.

As consultant for the project, Mehta is entitled to collect 1% of the total project cost as his fee.
