thanks, and thanks Rajat for the sentiment. social networking sites confirm this, and it seems TVB is now squatting (illegally again) on heritage sites. so we assume (a) TVB-SHS is sealed off and (b) this is because of the land-use issue they haven't' managed to resolve since 1990, right?

where are the M. or Gita? they should solve this land business now, because easy solutions are at hand, right?
