| and upon investigation, we find this:

"The only way to put an end to this menace is to revive the practice of video-graphing visits of inspection teams to colleges. It was introduced in 2005 but was quickly abandoned as some expert committee members of inspection teams were uncomfortable with it," admitted a south zone AICTE official.
