Gita,

How come the Master Plan document is already published? If so why the charade of inviting public objections?

I looked up the DDA website as soon as you posted on the mpisgmedia mailing list, there is no landuse plan. The document is pretty terse and I not sure if poting the document on the internet qualifies for being accessible to public. The last I knew Delhi wasnt a global city as yet. I think that there is cause for concern about the subterfuge involved in the conception and production of this artifact that the next twenty years of Delhi's development depends on.
