DDA VC transferred

DDA vice chairman, Madhukar Gupta has been transferred to the Centre as Secretary, Fertilisers. Dinesh Rai, a 1974 batch IAS of UP cadre will take over as the new DDA VC from 1 September. Rai is the managing director in National Cooperatives Development Coopertation.
