Finally money for maintaining slums!
Govt allocates Rs 40,000 cr for social schemes
Around Rs 170 crore would be spent for maintenance of urban family welfare centres and slums. Another Rs 280.21 crore would go for maintenance of state and district family welfare bureaus and Rs 52.50 crore for training and research programmes.
