Get well soon,
Have skimmed the said Edn.Bill. Its PATHETIC .. one of
those NGO drafted Bills - long on rhetoric and short
on substance. I thought the DSEAR'73 was bad, but this
one is 10 times more pathetic. Pai Foundation types
will arise on this one.
