......Although invited, Peoples Democratic Party Chief, Mehbooba Mufti, chose not to attend the crucial talks with US lawmakers.
Indian representatives of the US based NGOs, some of which are engaged in relief work in quake-hit areas of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and several track-two players attended the meeting.

Senior bureaucrat and old Kashmir hand, Wajahat Habibullah, author Radha Kumar and Madhu Kishwar were also seen in the session.
