We Won’t Hire Uninformed Consultants

Far-reaching reforms are underway to halt the practice where “external consultants who know nothing or little about the functions of the Civil Service are brought to effect reforms,” the head of the Civil Service, Dr Alex Glover-Quartey, has announced.
He said in an interview that cabinet had given approval for the implementation of the reforms which were also aimed at motivating and building the capacity of civil servants to provide timely and productive services to the executive branch of government.
