Scope of the work:
1. Major Infrastructure Projects
Urban Transport Measures, Road Network(including metro), construction of elevated roads, water supply, sanitation, sewerage and solid waste management
2. Redevelopment of inner(old)areas
to upgrade infrastructure such as shifting of commercial/industrial establishments to confirming areas, widening of streets/roads/construction/improvement ofdrain/storm water drains, pipes replacement, parking lots on public-private partnership basis
3.development of heritage
renovation of 17 historical gates and other heritage buildings
4. secure effective linkage between asset creation and asset management
5. policies, programmes, and strategies meeting funds for next 20-25 years with 5 years update
6. Anyother work not mentioned herein
consultants/agencies of repute and have done atleast one work of same nature may send their bio-data within ten days for shortlisting. Further details in this respect are contained in the toolkit entitled 'Toolkit for preparation of City Development Plan' which is available at the GOI website
