problem of plenty for govt.
Delhi does not need funds under urban renewal mission
amitabh Shukla, Feb 16

Delhi govt. it seems has enough funds for development projects. It does not
require any more from National Urban Renewal Mission......

Various Departments -MCD, NDMC, PWD etc. would nevertheless prepare
feasibility study of some infrastructure projects, appoint consultants and
submit it to the centre.

"This would merely be a formality as for all practical purposes, the city
hardly requires any funds....."
