Pune, May 15: BJP will organise an open discussion on the City Development
Plan (CDP) on Wednesday at Mahratta Chamber of Commerce and Industries. The
CDP has been prepared by the Pune Municipal Corporation for acquiring funds
under the Centre’s Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM).
BJP leader Vijay Kale said industrialist Arun Firodiya, president of MCCIA
Ravi Pandit, architect Vishwas Kulkarni, president of Indian Institute of
Architecture Prakash Deshmukh and builder Hemant Naiknaware are expected to
share a common platform and discuss their views on the CDP.
